Calling all female founders, the AllBright needs you. We are looking for women entrepreneurs leading early-stage start-ups to pitch to our expert panel of angel investors, serial entrepreneurs and market leaders, as well as members of the AllBright network. No matter your industry, just as long as your business is female founded (or co-founded) we want you to apply for this one-of-a-kind opportunity.
Based on feedback from investors, we are primarily looking for businesses that have secured a minimum of £100,000 in investment or revenue to date. If you’re a businesswoman with ambitions to expand your enterprise, please fill in the application form below to take part in an AllBright Pitch Day.
We will be in touch the week prior to the event to let you know if you are successful; unfortunately we are unable to provide detailed feedback on every application. Successful applicants will have 3 minutes to pitch followed by a brief Q&A with our panelists.
We exist to change the statistics. Only 2.2% of venture capital funding globally businesses, despite the statistics demonstrating time and again that female run businesses are more capital-efficient and deliver higher returns.
When it comes to capital allocated to businesses founded by Black women, the stats are even more dispiriting – of all venture capital funding over the past decade, just .0006 percent went to businesses founded by Black women.
This has got to change. To ensure that we are part of that change, we are dedicating our next Pitch Days in London and Los Angeles to a celebration of the ambitious, driven Black female founders who are building businesses right now.
Applications close approximately two week before the event. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com .
Please note that all Pitch Days are currently being hosted as Virtual Pitch Days
